Emergencies

If there is an an emergency… for example: someone is injured, there is a fire or you believe a crime is taking place on the property where you live, call 911 for assistance.

If there is a water leak from a toilet or under a sink, please turn the WATER OFF AT THE VALVE under the toilet tank or sink.

Call (714) 657-3853 to report the problem and/or send an email to 911@AREManagement.co. Please provide your name and telephone number in the message along with key words. For example: water leak; water heater leaking or burst; break in; fire, etc.

(For Residents:)  If your water heater is leaking, turn the water to the tank off by turning the water supply valve located on top of the water heater.
